EDISON, NJ– The Edison School District is conducting a workshop for substitute instructors on Sep. 23. The first session begins 9 a.m.-10 a.m., followed by the second session from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Registration is required for this two-hour workshop, which will be carried out at the Board of Education structure, located at 312 Pierson Avenue.
To substitute in Edison Public Schools, individuals need to participate in among the workshops used by the district. These workshops are used four times a year.
There are no charges to participate in the workshops, but prior registration is needed.
Individuals need to have a minimum of 60 college credits to certify as a replacement instructor. Last date to register is Sep. 21.
Edison school district has actually begun its academic year remotely, but is preparing to move to the hybrid design on Oct. 19.
