PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla.– Some individuals can simply feel the tension of the pandemic all the method to their bones.
Darlene is a retired policeman and present flight attendant. She knew it was time to get her back split, prior to her persistence cracked.

Dr. Richard Tantillo, with Alexander Spine Center, said you can toss your body out of alignment from many different methods, including handling a pandemic.
“Emotional stress, physical tension, both can manifest itself in the same method, joint discomfort, neck discomfort, low back pain, mid-back discomfort, headaches,” stated Tantillo.
So Alexander Spine Center is providing complimentary chiropractic care to all Pinellas County initially responders between now and completion of June.
“Each one of those first responders is out on that front line and doing what they are expected to be doing and we simply make sure we keep them going,” said Tantillo.
Alexander Spine Center said doctors, nurses, police officers and firemens have so much weight on their shoulders, physically and figuratively. It's an honor to make certain those shoulders remain strong.
“It's challenging enough to do their job and then compliment that with having some issue where it makes the job tough because of their discomfort,” stated Tantillo.
As for Darlene, she encourages all very first responders to benefit from the relief she is already feeling. She said it's OK to take time out for your own well being.
“People around you, whether they are your clients, your customers, your clients, they are additional stressed out and you are trying to help them with their stress so at the end of the day you bring home everybody's stress,” said Darlene.
